Q.
A. You can use a registry cleaner to clean up your computer and then make your computer faster,Why?the reason is that there may be some registry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause "computer slow".
Every time you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the computer registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make it fast.Good Registry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically!
There are some comparison and review of TOP 5 registry cleaners.

What are "good" kinds of laptop computers to purchase?
Q. I've decided I need a laptop computer, unfortunately I am technologically challenged. (I want something preferably from IBM, Compaq or Apple. I am not too comfortable buying from brands I'm unfamilar with) What does GHz mean, what models are generally recent and reliable? Thanks for your help and input!
A. It would help to know how you plan to use the laptop. If you plan to just serf the internet. Then, a lower end laptop with work just fine. If you plan to do a lot of gaming, I would suggest a desktop model rather than a laptop, because a desktop will have more power and be easier to upgrade in the future than a laptop.
I would suggest an IBM/Lenovo or a Dell laptop or desktop Try to stay away from Vista as a operating system for now. It's still too new and drivers are not available for all hardware.
If the programs that you are going to use are power hungry, you need as much processor, memory, and hard dive that you can afford. If you will be utilizing Excel spreadsheets. Look for a screen of at least 17." If you can afford it, go for a 20.1" screen for your laptop. You will need the viewing space. Try to purchase a warranty of at least 3 years to protect your investment.
Look locally at computer stores to see what types of features that you like and need. For example, Dell has retail stores in some malls in larger cities. Also, if you can, ask friends for their recommendations. Above all, read all documentation well to be sure you understand what you are buying and the warranty terms.
From searchnetworking.com, a gigahertz, abbreviated GHz, is a unit of alternating current (AC) or electromagnetic (EM) wave frequency equal to one thousand million hertz (1,000,000,000 Hz). The gigahertz is used as an indicator of the frequency of ultra-high-frequency (UHF) and microwave EM signals and also, in some computers, to express microprocessor clock speed.
An EM signal having a frequency of 1 GHz has a wavelength of 300 millimeters, or a little less than a foot. An EM signal of 100 GHz has a wavelength of 3 millimeters, which is roughly 1/8 of an inch. Some radio transmissions are made at frequencies up to hundreds of gigahertz. Personal computer clock speeds are increasing month by month as the technology advances, and reached the 1 GHz point in March of 2000, with a processor from AMD, closely followed by a 1 GHz Pentium 3 from Intel.
From Merriam-Webster, a gigahertz is a unit of frequency equal to one billion hertz.

How do laptop computers keep their timing?
Q. It keeps the correct time even if the battery is out and the computer is unplugged. How does it do that?
A. Laptops keep their timing, because of a small battery located on the motherboard. That's the source of energy.
