How to use laptops camera and microphone?

Q. I have a Toshiba A210 satellite and it comes with a built in webcam and microphone. However, everytime I want to record a video, both the sound and video is separate and I can never record at the same time. Is there a way to do this?

A. I remember using a Micro webcam and speaker that recorded separately. Trust me, it was a pain! It looked like I was lip-synching a song and it was actually pretty funny!

My advice to you is to play around with your computer and figure it out. If that doesn't get you anywhere, then look in the users manual. If that doesn't work, then go to the manufacturer's website and I gurantee you that it will be there. However, it's good to play around with your laptop first as you might discover other features and such.

Good luck and be safe!

What are the newest laptops on the market?
Q. My SamsungN110 Notebook has |=ucked itself up and yeah, it no longer displays HTMLs or connects to DNS servers andits only 1yr 8months old. I want a new one not an acer one that works at the speed of light (Not literally) and can be 13" widescreen.

A. This ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM-PU17-BK 10.1 netbook is a welcomed device to my arsenal. I have three laptops, 6 computers, and 2 servers (one with three virtual servers) on my network (think I'm a bit qualified for the review :D).
The netbook is a AWESOME device for web surfing, word processing, and email. After upgrading from 1GB of RAM to 2GB (I would considered this a requirement), it ran smoothly on video playback. As noted before, HD playback is slow and choppy, but regular playback was VERY good.
I upgrade my netbook to Windows 7 Pro. It still runs decently quick, both on boot and resume from sleep.
As far as battery life, I average 10hrs per charge (bluetooth off, brightness turned all the way down). This is true autonomous device. I've ran this device in several meetings, multimedia presentations, and music machine all on ONE charge.

How can i remove windows xp from my laptop and reinstall windows Me -the laptops original software?
Q. I have recently bought a used laptop that is old. The person I had bought it from had installed windows xp on it, even though it originally came with windows Me. I want to remove the windows xp because it runs slows on the laptop because it takes up more memory than the windows Me would. Also I want to remove windows xp because it is an illegal copy. So when I tried to run updates on it, windows would not install updates because the windows xp is not genuine.

A. I would suggest a full system restore replacing the Windows XP with the correct version of Windows ME. As explained from other members here, insert the system recovery disks if you have these and follow the instructions. This will completely remove all existing Windows XP profiles and will restore your laptop back to factory state after a full system restore.

It is also very likely that your laptop is not capable of working with Windows XP as a result of insufficient system resources on your laptop which is one reason why your laptop is not preforming at its optimum proficiency.
